The Women’s Leadership program provides women with tools and opportunities to grow and develop their skills to be effective leaders at all levels of Farm Bureau, in their communities and in agriculture.

Women’s Leadership Conference
The 74th Annual State Farm Bureau Women's Leadership Conference will be held April 27, 2024, in Lebanon, Tennessee, at the Farm Bureau Expo Center. Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m., Saturday, April 27. Contact your county Farm Bureau to register!
Essay Contest
Tennessee Farm Bureau Women's Leadership and Agriculture in the Classroom sponsor an essay contest to promote agriculture education. Each county administers their contest locally setting a deadline prior to the state's March deadline allowing time to select a county winner.
