The Tennessee Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership Committee engages women in leadership opportunities to advocate, communicate and educate for the advancement of agriculture.

The Women’s Leadership program provides women with tools and opportunities to grow and develop their skills to be effective leaders at all levels of Farm Bureau, in their communities and in agriculture.
