TFBF Applauds House Passage of USMCA

Columbia, TN. December 19, 2019 – The following may be attributed to Tennessee Farm Bureau President Jeff Aiken:

“We are thankful for the bipartisan passage of the United States-Mexico-Canada Trade Agreement (USMCA) in the House of Representatives today. Trade with Mexico and Canada is already responsible for 300,000+ jobs and $15 billion worth of exports in Tennessee, and we look forward to how this agreement will continue expanding those markets. This is great news for Tennessee farmers and we greatly thank our entire Congressional delegation for their vote and support of USCMA. We urge the Senate to quickly take action and get this across the finish line.”
