Tennessee Farm Bureau is pleased to be a major sponsor of the Tennessee Leadership Summit to be held June 20-23, 2021. The Tennessee Leadership Summit will be held VIRTUALLY through Tennessee Tech University (TTU) in Cookeville. This leadership program is an exciting partnership with TTU College of Agriculture and Human Ecology and brings together high school students from across the state. Your Farm Bureau staff has worked closely with TTU staff to develop a dynamic program focused on leadership, cooperation, and developing an understanding of the critical importance of Tennessee’s agriculture industry.
We encourage each county to select and sponsor up to two outstanding local high school students who will be entering the 11th or 12th grade in the fall of 2021 to attend this leadership program. The cost is $100 per delegate and covers all expense associated with the event. The leadership program is limited to 100 delegates. We encourage each county to sponsor at least one delegate.
Please enter your selected delegates names on SharePoint by Friday, March 26. Submit a completed registration form (emailed to county secretaries only) and payment by Friday, April 9 directly to TTU College of Agriculture and Human Ecology. If you prefer to pay online, a payment link can be provided. Mail registration and payment by check to:

In addition to the Summit participants participating in engaging and exciting virtual sessions, they have the option of completing an affiliated dual-enrollment 3-credit course on leadership and community action through TTU. Interested participants can apply to TTU and may use their state dual-enrollment grant funds to cover the tuition (if they have available funds).
