TRH - Tennessee Rural Health was founded in 1947 as a not-for-profit organization for the purpose of providing health care protection to farmers and rural Tennesseans. Today, TRH makes health care protection available to Tennesseans from all walks of life, including people such as those who are self-employed who do not have access to other means of health coverage.
Tax preparation of over 35,000 returns are prepared annually by 96 tax practitioners in 93 cities located in 88 counties throughout the state of Tennessee. The service partners annually with the University of Tennessee Extension Service and the Internal Revenue Service to participate in tax preparation seminars across the state of Tennessee. These seminars are certified by the Tennessee State Board of Accountancy and the IRS for continuing education credit.
Tennessee Livestock Producers is the marketing affiliate of the Tennessee Farm Bureau and is recognized as its oldest service company.
