Awards

The Farm Bureau Excellence in Agriculture Award is designed as an opportunity for Young Farmers & Ranchers to earn recognition while actively contributing and growing through their involvement in Farm Bureau and agriculture. Participants are judged on their involvement in agriculture, leadership ability, involvement and participation in Farm Bureau and other organizations (i.e., civic, service and community).

2011 Information and Application Coming Soon

The state winner receives a $500 cash award from Tennessee Farmers Insurance Companies, $500 cash award from Dodge Truck Marketing, $500 in Farm Bureau Services, a John Deere Gator from Farm Credit, and a trip to the AFBF Convention and AFBF/YF&R Leadership Conference. The national winner receives a new Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck. Other awards are given to the second place winner and the Top Five State Finalists.
