The John Willis Family and the Tennessee Farm Bureau Young Farmers & Ranchers are announcing the 9thAnnual John Willis Memorial Scholarship to a College Sophomore, Junior or Senior. Two scholarships will be awarded this year on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at the Tennessee Young Farmers Conference Banquet. Each scholarship is for $1,000 for the year 2011-2012 which will begin this September. This is a great opportunity for agriculture students to receive funds to help pay their registration fee or purchase textbooks.

Please mail the completed typed application to Tennessee Farm Bureau Federation, Attn: Charles Curtis, Special Programs Department, PO Box 313, Columbia, TN 38402-0313.
We will notify all scholarship applicants and invite them to attend the Tennessee Young Farmers Conference in Columbia on July 22-23, 2011. That is when we will announce the winner of the John Willis Scholarship.
